Butterfly Kits – Make Your Child Learn The Butterfly Lifecycle
Children like to raise butterflies and they would love to play with them. You can gift your child with one of those Butterfly kits. When this caterpillar is ready, the skin at the bottom splits and peels up, and what emerges is a chrysalis.
This transformation stage is so wonderful and is really worth watching. Chrysalis continues to move around for a while before it becomes a solid green and gold jewel. After about ten days, it will start to turn darker and slowly you will be able to see the wing design pattern. Later the chrysalis splits and the beautiful butterfly emerges out of it. Initially the wings are crumpled and are all wet, so it hangs down and lets the wings dry up. So make sure that it has some place so that it can hang the wings in full without any bends.
Once the wings looks dry, take the Butterfly kit outside and open it to release them to the free world.
